For on-site participants, please download the “zoom” application to your smartphone in advance and bring your smartphone and earphones to the venue on the day of the event. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided through “zoom”. Download and connection instructions will be posted on this website as they become available.
If you do not have a smartphone or cannot download the “zoom” application in advance, we will lend you a replacement device at the venue, but the number of devices is limited. Please try your best to bring your smartphone with the “zoom” app downloaded beforehand. Please also bring earphones (wired or wireless) that can be connected to your smartphone.
For online participants, please participate via “zoom” on your computer or smartphone. More details, including a link, will be announced later.
