Information for In Person Participants

● Registration begins from 8:30am in front of Miyashiro Hall (until 18:00), on both days. For those who have purchased your ticket online, please prepare the confirmation. All other participants should share their name to the staff. For reentry to the venue, please be sure to keep your name tag to show.

● Please bring your own lunch.

・Feb 8 (Sat):
Between 12:40 – 14:00, a lunch time discussion with guests will take place in Room 203. Please bring your meal and join in.

・Feb 9 (Sun):
Room 221 will be open as a “Nuclear Free Cafe” all day; please use to relax. Sales of books, related goods, and coffee and sweets provided by the “Refugee & Migrant Festival” will be on sale between 10:45-16:15 (cash sales only, other than some books).

● Food and drink is not permitted in Miyashiro Hall.

● The university is a smoking free zone

● Please take any garbage with you at the end of the day.
