In 1997, Inoue founded Next (now LIFULL). He developed the real estate and housing information service “HOME'S (now LIFULLHOME'S)” into one of the largest websites in Japan. The corporate message is “Make every LIFE FULL. The LIFULL Group is expanding its business not only in the real estate field, but also in various fields that solve social issues, such as regional development and nursing care.
His ultimate goal as an individual is “world peace,” and the NPO PEACE DAY aims to achieve not only a state of negative peace (no war) but also a state of positive peace (no war, no indirect violence (structural violence) caused by social structures such as poverty, hunger, oppression, and discrimination). He is working to achieve not only a state of positive peace, but also a state of positive peace in the world at large.
He is also the President of the Nascon Valley Council, a member of the Board of Directors of the Japan Association of New Economy, and a member of the Board of Trustees of Well-being for Planet Earth.
