A-bomb microcephaly survivor; exposed in utero on August 6, 1945 in Hiroshima City (700 m from hypocenter). Nakai was born January 1946 in Hyogo Prefecture (age: 79). He developed eye cancer at age 1 and had his right eyeball removed. Nakai resides in Yokohama City.
