Nakamura was born in 1962 and is a dentist practicing in Tondabayashi City, Osaka Prefecture. He is a sponsor of the Physicians Against Nuclear War, a board member of the Osaka Dental Practitioner’ｓ Association, and a member of the Non-Nuclear and Peace Division of the Japanese Medical and Dental Practitioners for the Improvement of Medical Care.
